General / Payment Information
Commissions are not first come first served. I try to choose the ideas and characters I can best portray in my style, so don't be upset if your commission was declined!
Providing visual references for your character is mandatory. I do not work with text descriptions.
Commission delivery time - from two weeks up to one month from the date of sketch completion. Specialised deadlines are discussed separately.
After agreement and confirmation, your commission must be paid via Paypal invoice upfront. No refunds are available.
Due to the fact that my Paypal account is relatively new (I made it after moving to another country because of the war in my homeland) , payments can be on hold for up to two days! if this happens, do not worry, this is a frequent precaution!
Working process / Copyright
After paying your commission, you will receive a preliminary sketch within a few days. Edits are allowed at the sketch stage, but please no radical pose changes.
Providing stages of work only on your request (I usually provide sketch/rough coloring stage and then the final piece).
If I forgot to draw something (an important piece of jewellery or attribute of your character) when your commission is finished - I will fix that for free. However, neither proportions, anatomy nor colours are subject to change
As the author and creator, I retain all rights to the created illustration and may use it for advertising purposes, post it on social media, use it as a print for a physical portfolio;
The commissioner has the right to post the finished illustration on any platforms as long as the authorship is credited.
